Privacy, in plain words

Learn AI is a practice site. You type prompts, our coach grades them, and you get better at asking AI for things. Here is exactly what we keep while you do that.

Your prompts. Prompts and scores are stored on our server, linked to your account while you're signed in. Your practice prompts are graded on our own computers, not sent to ChatGPT or any big AI company. We save each prompt with its score so you can track your progress and we can spot lessons where the coach grades unfairly. For Intermediate and Power User lessons, your prompt — and the lesson's sample photo, when there is one — is sent through OpenRouter to the AI model that answers you. Grading always stays on our own computers.

If you use the microphone button in a lesson, your browser converts your speech to text — in Chrome that conversion is done by Google, in Safari by Apple. We receive only the text, never the audio.

Your account. If you create an account, we store your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password — never the password itself — plus your lesson progress and which levels you have unlocked.

What we never do. We never sell your prompts or your details, and we never use them to train AI models.

Deleting everything. Ask us any time and we'll delete your account and everything tied to it.

The photo lessons. The Intermediate photo lessons use sample photos we provide. We never ask you to upload photos or documents of your own.
